My wife and I recently began a search for a second home in the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
We were able to find the perfect home with the help of Lynda Wagner from Sara Bay Realty. As Lynda drove us to each potential home, she provided us with clear explanations about the ins and outs of the area in which we were looking. She also told us the things we should look for and what to expect regarding taxes, homeowners’ association fees, and what was included in various maintenance.

After we found our home, and we were about to sign a contract, my wife expressed some concerns about the location of the home in terms of access to shopping, and cultural activities. Lynda met us again and spent an entire morning showing us all we needed to see. She took us to Bradenton and Sarasota, and pointed out all the cultural venues, shopping centers and the beautiful beaches of Sarasota and Manatee counties.

At the end of the those three days we spent with Lynda, my wife and I felt that not only was she a great realtor, but that she was a dear and trusted friend.
